We discovered this after visiting the Louisburg cider mill and going to the Somerset winery.We initially drove past thinking it was a museum or something. The staff at Somerset winery recommended the Schoolhouse as they had food. Went back, opened the door and my wife and I were both like "wow!, Did not expect this out here" ("out here", because it's quite rural). Cool little home decor boutique that my wife fell in love with and a very cool "speakeasy" downstairs. Staff was awesome, food was good (we had a spin dip snack) and a cocktail for me. Kudos to Tanner the bartender, he was friendly and knowledgeable. We had great time here and will definitely be returning.
Tables can be reserved, Facility Lounge is vibey for sure! They have a specialty drink menu but can make whatever you like!
Such a cool place! Fun gifts to purchase. Great food & unique drinks! Awesome, hands on owners! Lots of parking. They occasionally have bands outside & lots of outdoor seating! Great place to hang out!
We had a fantastic time! We started with the bruschetta and enjoyed a few cocktails, along with a bourbon flight that was well worth the 25—four pours. We sat in the speakeasy-style bar, which had a dark, moody atmosphere that really captured that hidden-bar vibe. The outdoor area is absolutely beautiful and perfect for relaxing on a nice day. Highly recommend this spot for a laid-back outing with great drinks and ambiance.

The well crafted cocktails alone are worth the trip, and the atmosphere in the Teacher's Lounge would earn a sixth star. This is a lovingly curated space that is worth the drive. Going to a cocktail bar in JOCO where you'll probably wait on line to get in? Spend that time driving out to the country. Enjoy the stars in the summer and the old school (all puns intended) vibe inside any time of year.
Met some friends there for the first time this morning. The boutique is huge and an amazingly fun variety of items - a great place for fun and unique gifts! The drinks and food were amazing - the bruchetta with pesto..... amazing!!! This will absolutely be a place we come back to often. Can't beat the atmosphere for a few drinks with friends and pass the time!!! An absolute surprise and very well done! Loved the staff as well!
